EBA guidelines for the estimation of LGD appropriate for an economic downturn (Downturn LGD estimation)

Den europeiske banktilsynsmyndigheten EBA (European Banking Authority) offentliggjorde 6. mars 2019 "Guidelines for the estimation of LGD appropriate for an economic downturn (EBA/GL/2019/03)". Veiledningen skal ses i sammenheng med veiledning om PD- og LGD-estimering (EBA/GL/2017/16) samt utfyllende bestemmelse om identifisering av nedgangstid (EBA/RTS/2018/04).

Finanstilsynet bekreftet 28. august 2019 at veiledningen vil bli fulgt i Norge.
