Increase the digital competence of all employees

The digitalisation process involves Finanstilsynet’s entire organisation. Good digital competence among employees lays the basis for extensive internal involvement in the digitalisation process, and knowledge of Finanstilsynet's system portfolio enables efficient use of IT systems across the organisation.

As a rule, the work on digitalising tasks should be carried out by cross-disciplinary teams. The teams will develop user-centric solutions within a set framework and make deliveries and provide feedback on a frequent basis.

Finanstilsynet will strengthen digital competence through employee training and recruitment.

Finanstilsynet will have sufficient internal expertise to assume responsibility for the development and management of its own IT solutions, carry out procurement processes in line with current regulations and ensure that changes of suppliers entail low risk.
