How does RSS work?

RSS is short for Really Simple Syndication or Rich Site Summary and contains text in XML format. Web browsers such as Internet Explorer 7.0, Opera and Firefox provide build-in RSS support. If the web browser you use does not provide built-in RSS support, you can download an RSS reader.
