Pre-payment of prospectus fees and change in the fees

In order to ensure that prospectus fees will be paid the FSA will from 1 July 2016 require that prospectus fees are paid in advance. I.e. receipt for paid prospectus fee must be attached the email containing the request for approval of a prospectus, and the FSA will not stare the approval process before a receipt is received.

From 1 July 2016 the FSA will also change the prospectus fees. An adjustment is made mainly for share prospectuses in order to have a more balanced prospectus fee in relation to the resources used by the FSA in approving a prospectus. In addition the fees are in total increased by 8 %. The prospectus fees have not been changed since 1 July 2014.
