Review of financial reporting - Lerøy Seafood Group ASA

Finanstilsynet has reviewed certain matters in the financial statements of Lerøy Seafood Group ASA ("Lerøy") for 2013. The review has inter alia covered information given about licenses, information about cash-generating units and impairment tests.
The financial statements for 2013 contained insufficient information about these items pursuant to IFRS, but no material errors were found. Lerøy has confirmed that it will improve these disclosures in the financial statements for 2014. Finanstilsynet has noted this.
