New prospectus fees

Published: 22 May 2014 Last updated: 18 March 2019

Effective from 1 July 2014, Finanstilsynet will increase the fees for vetting and approval of prospectuses with 20 percent. The increase will apply generally to all types of prospectuses and also encompass the additional fee for so called specialist issuers.

Documents received prior to 1 July 2014 will not be covered by the fee increase. An updated fee schedule will be made available at www.finanstilsynet.no.

Finanstilsynet's expenses related to the vetting and approval of prospectuses shall according to the Financial Supervisory Act be offset by the listed issuers. Per the Securities Trading Act, Finanstilsynet may require a fee to cover expenses when vetting and approving prospectus.
