Finanstilsynet has been informed that ABIG AS og KASO Securities AS has approached Norwegian investors offering investment services. ABIG AS also offers services from a website www.abig.no.

Finanstilsynet wishes to make it clear that ABIG AS og KASO Securities AS are not to be associated with CMC Markets and are not authorised to provide investment services in Norway. They therefore lack the licence required under Norwegian law. The companies is consequently not subject to Finanstilsynet’s supervisory oversight, nor has Finanstilsynet approved the services offered by the companies. Finanstilsynet therefore recommends investors not to enter into agreements with or transfer assets to ABIG AS og KASO Securities AS.
