We will conduct data-driven and risk-based supervision

Efficient use of data is a key priority during the strategy period. Sound data quality, good analytical solutions and user-centric dashboards provide the basis for data-driven and risk-based supervision and efficient work processes.

Licensing matters and supervisory tasks will be streamlined by using digital solutions to collect, process and share information. This includes both existing work processes and new tasks. Documents and audio files will generally be processed digitally. Technology such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) will be used in anticipation of or as an alternative to developing existing or new IT systems. Artificial intelligence (AI) will be used as and when the required expertise in technology, applications and ethical issues is acquired.

Good digital solutions for analytical, licensing and supervisory tasks will provide gains in the form of shorter processing times, increased capacity and better quality of the tasks performed. Automation and streamlining of manual processes will free up time for other tasks and help increase employees’ job satisfaction.
