Updated information on nominee registration

The new Act on Central Securities Depositories and the Central Securities Depositories Regulation (CSDR) enter into force on 1 March 2022 for Norwegian market players. In this connection, Finanstilsynet has published updated information on requirements for approval to act as nominee and requirements for approved rules on legal rights.
