Decision on violation charge - Solør Bioenergi Holding AS

In accordance with the Securities Trading Act Section 17-4 subsection (2), Finanstilsynet (The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway) has imposed a violation penalty to Solør Bioenergi Holding AS of NOK 75 450 for delayed financial reporting of the 2013 annual report.
