Current fees, information about fee calculations and payment information
A fee is incurred for the review of the offer document and the performance of certain other functions in connection with the takeover bid. The fee rates apply with effect from 1 July 2026.

1) The fee is calculated on the basis of the shares to which the offer applies.
The fee in connection with the review of the bid and the offer documents consists of a fixed charge per offer document and a fee calculated based on the shares to which the offer applies, subject to a maximum limit. In addition, a supplementary fee applies to certain types of offers, see "type of fee".
A fee may also be charged for certain specific tasks that do not require the submission of an offer document for review. These tasks and relevant fees are listed under "type of fee".
Fee calculation and payment
The fee in connection with the review of the bid and the offer documents is incurred when Finanstilsynet provides its first feedback. The fee for a reduction of the guarantee is incurred upon receipt of the application.
The fee is calculated by Finanstilsynet. An invoice will be forwarded shortly after the approval of the bid and offer document or the approval of a reduction of the guarantee. In case of termination of the review process, any incurred fees will be invoiced shortly after the termination.
