A fee is payable for the control of EEA prospectuses and performance of other functions in connection with the prospectus control. The fee rates were last adjusted with effect from 1 July 2025.

Information on the calculation of fees
The total fee is calculated on the basis of the checklists to be submitted when applying for a prospectus control. If two or more copies of the same checklist are to be submitted, a fee is payable for each copy. In this connection, please note that a checklist must be submitted for each security covered by the prospectus.
Collective investment undertakings who use annex 4 only have to pay the fee for annex 4. The fee for annex 1 may be disregarded.
Two alternative fees have been introduced for the checklist under Annex 1. If, according to the annex, the issuer has a complex financial history or the prospectus has been prepared in connection with an initial public offering (IPO) on a regulated market, the fee is NOK 121 000. In other cases, the fee for the checklist is NOK 97 000. When calculating the total fee, only one of the options should be selected.
Furthermore, fees have also been introduced for some functions performed by the prospectus control which do not require a separate checklist to be submitted. This includes processing applications for exemptions from one or more requirements under the prospectus rules (applications for exemptions).
Please note: In cases where different checklists apply to the issuer and one or more guarantors, no additional fee is incurred for submitting the checklists concerning the guarantor. Any checklists for guarantors are covered by the fee for Annex 21 (Guarantees).
