Finanstilsynet prepares cooperation agreement with India

Finanstilsynet and the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) held a meeting to discuss a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on financial supervision.

A cooperation agreement between the supervisory authorities will be a prerequisite for companies to apply for a licence to operate in the respective countries. The main element of the agreement is the exchange of information as a basis for license processing and supervision.

The meeting took place in Oslo on Friday, 13 September 2024.
