Violation penalty imposed on six investors for uncovered short selling in the Flyr placement

Finanstilsynet has imposed violation penalties on six investors for breaching the rules on uncovered short selling. The violations occurred after the investors had been allocated shares in the private placement in Flyr AS in November 2022. The penalties are between NOK 50,000 and NOK 5,000,000.
