In the report, Finanstilsynet provides information about completed review activities related to financial reporting and Finanstilsynet’s prioritised areas in the review of annual financial reports for 2022.
Finanstilsynet supervises that annual financial reports, half-yearly financial reports and other financial reporting by listed companies are in compliance with laws and regulations. With effect from the annual financial reports for 2022, Finanstilsynet will also review the format of the annual financial reports and the mark-up in consolidated financial statements based on IFRS (European Single Electronic Format).
