Finanstilsynet’s report for 2019 covers prioritised areas in Finanstilsynet’s review of annual reports for 2019. In addition, it addresses certain deficiencies observed in the financial reporting during the past year and weaknesses in the entities’ reporting to Finanstilsynet.
With effect from 2019, Finanstilsynet’s summary of its review of financial reporting is presented in a report in lieu of a circular. This change has no bearing on Finanstilsynet’s expectations and follow-up of the entities.
