Decision regarding violation penalty

Alpha Blue Ocean Advisors Ltd. has infringed the notification requirement of net short positions under section 3-14 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act, which implements Short Selling Regulation (EU) No 236/2012 as Norwegian law. Finanstilsynet has imposed a violation penalty of NOK 4,000,000.
