Higher fees for vetting and approval of prospectuses as from 1 September

Published: 14 September 2011 Last updated: 21 March 2019

The fees levied by Finanstilsynet for vetting and approval of prospectuses are raised with effect from 1 September 2011.

The fees have been unchanged since 1 January 2006. Higher fees are necessitated by the actual resources expended in this area and by the need for correct distribution of costs among Finanstilsynet's areas of supervision.

Prospectus fees effective as from 1 September 2011
