Decision on violation charge – First Mover Group AS

In accordance with the Securities Trading Act Section 21-3 subsection (2), Finanstilsynet (The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway) has imposed a violation penalty to First Mover Group AS of NOK 11025 for delayed financial reporting of the annual report for 2021.
