Finanstilsynet has carried out an annual review of Verdipapirsentralen ASA (Euronext Securities Oslo /"ES-OSL") in accordance with the requirements of the European Central Securities Depositories Regulation (CSDR). The period under review was 1 January to 31 December 2023.
The decision in section 4.4 of the report has been appealed.
Updated 27 November 2025: The Financial Supervision Appeals Board decided on 21 November 2025 not to uphold the complaint.
