Misuse of Arctic Securities AS’ name and logo

In the cases in question, actors are impersonating representatives of Arctic Securities AS, or creating the impression that a company affiliated with Arctic Securities AS is involved in investment activities. Among other things, the designation “Arctic SAS” has been observed, which has no connection to Arctic Securities AS.

Documents have been presented that use the Arctic Securities AS logo and refer to investment opportunities with high and guaranteed returns. Such false information is likely to create trust in offers that are in reality fraudulent.

Finanstilsynet emphasises that Arctic Securities AS does not operate under the name “Arctic SAS”, and that claims of such affiliation are therefore misleading.

Companies and individuals who receive such enquiries are encouraged to exercise particular caution. It is recommended to verify information through official contact points before entering into agreements or transferring funds.
