Finanstilsynet warns against investment offers promoted by FINEX Ltd

Finanstilsynet has received information that FINEX Ltd has contacted Norwegian investors and offered investment services.

Finanstilsynet emphasizes that FINEX Ltd is not authorized to provide investment services in Norway and therefore does not hold the necessary approval under Norwegian law. This means that Finanstilsynet does not supervise the company and has not approved the services it offers. Finanstilsynet therefore advises investors not to enter into agreements with or transfer funds to FINEX Ltd.

Finanstilsynet’s company register contains information about all entities authorized to offer investment services in Norway. On Finanstilsynet’s website, there is also a (non-exhaustive) list of market participants operating without authorization.
