Finanstilsynet warns against the fraudulent website Fundfrontiertech.com and the misuse of a 'Certificate of Incorporation' issued by Finanstilsynet.

Finanstilsynet has received information about a fraudulent website marketing and offering investment services under the name Fundfrontier Tech.

The website, funfrontiertech.com, refers to a “Certificate of Incorporation” bearing Finanstilsynet’s name and logo. This is a forgery and does not constitute confirmation that Fundfrontier Tech is authorised by Finanstilsynet.

Finanstilsynet would like to emphasise that Fundfrontier Tech is not authorised to provide investment services in Norway. The entity is not supervised by Finanstilsynet, and the services offered are not approved under Norwegian law.

Finanstilsynet therefore warns investors against entering into agreements with, transferring funds to, or otherwise using the services of Fundfrontier Tech or related websites.
