Kredittilsynet (The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway) warns against investment offers promoted by Fileamin Invest Ltd. & Fileamin Limited

The companies also offers services from a website www.fileamin.com. Fileamin Invest Ltd. & Fileamin Limited claim to be authorised from the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway and to be members of the Norwegian Mutual Fund Association (NMFA).
 
Kredittilsynet wishes to make it clear that Fileamin Invest Ltd. & Fileamin Limited are not authorised to provide investment services in Norway, and therefore lack the licence required under Norwegian law. The companies are consequently not subject to Kredittilsynet’s supervisory oversight, nor has Kredittilsynet approved the services offered by the companies. Kredittilsynet therefore recommends investors not to enter into agreements with or transfer assets to Fileamin Invest Ltd. or Fileamin Limited.
