Equivalence

According to the Norwegian Securities Trading Regulations section 5-7, Finanstilsynet may
exempt issuers from non–EEA countries with Norway as their home Member State from
requirements regarding the content of the management report, the content of the interim
management report, responsibility statements, and individual accounts by the parent company.

For an exemption to be granted, an application for an equivalence assessment must be received by Finanstilsynet in due time before the deadline of the periodic financial reporting.
