ESMA is an independent committee consisting of European enforcers. Finanstilsynet will emphasize to organize the enforcement in accordance with the principles prepared by ESMA, although these are voluntary.
European Enforcers Coordination Sessions
EECS includes EU national enforcers of standards on financial information whether or not they are ESMA members. The objective of EECS is to exchange views and discuss experiences on enforcement.
